When the building owner approached us about the roofing systems that he desired, we were excited to get started. We installed 5" Firestone insulation on to the existing concrete deck. Followed by Firestone Base sheet, one layer of Firestone APP 160, top layer of Firestone APP 180. We then proceeded to install adjustable pedestals followed by the roofing pavers.

DaVita Health Care contacted my team to remove the existing roofing and decking along with reframing portions of the roof. We installed new 3/4” plywood, 5” Firestone ISO95+ insulation, Firestone 1/2” cover board, Firestone RubberGuard EPDM with a 20 year factory warranty.

We removed the existing down to the corrugate deck and installed 3" insulation, Johns Manville APP base sheet, followed by Johns Manville APPeX 4.5M FR. we then finished the job off with new metal copping on the parapet wall.

This project required that we stripped the existing roofing to the corrugate. once we removed the roof and had clean corrugate we installed Firestone 2" insulation, Firestone base sheet, Firestone APP 160 base layer, followed by Firestone APP 180 and metal capping on the finish off the edges.
